Gregory Gordon has been litigating cases of all types since he became an attorney in 1994, including automobile accidents, divorce and child custody cases, contract disputes, etc. Greg has been fighting for his clients for over 25 years. Greg is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell, the highest possible rating bestowed on attorneys.
Prior to joining ER Injury Attorneys, Greg was the managing partner of his own law practice for over 15 years. Before that, he was a litigation partner at a major Las Vegas law firm, representing a variety of clients from individuals to large national corporations.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Greg graduated from Valley High School. He received his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 1994.
During law school, Greg was on the Dean’s Honor Roll and the Editorial Board of the Pepperdine Law Review. Greg graduated at the top of his class.
Greg has authored numerous articles pertaining to family law, including: “Property and Contractual Rights of Nonmarital Cohabitants: Putting Western States Construction, Inc. v. Michoff into Proper Perspective,” The Communique, July, 1994; “Representing Children,” Nevada Lawyer, October, 1995; and “Valuation of Business Interests in Divorce: The Significance of the Buy-Sell Agreement,” Nevada Family Law Report, March, 2000. Greg also co-authored “Nevada Child Custody and Visitation” which appears in the “Nevada Family Law Practice Manual,” a resource used by many Nevada attorneys and judges.
Greg is a member of the Nevada State Bar, and practices before, and is a member of, all the courts in Nevada, including the Supreme Court of Nevada, the United States District Court District of Nevada, and the United States Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit.
Greg and his wife, Danielle, a busy real estate agent, are the proud parents of three children.
