Prior to joining ER Injury Attorneys, Las Vegas native Michael J. Holthus was a law clerk to the Honorable Timothy C. Williams of the Eighth Judicial District Court.
Las Vegas attorney Michael J. Holthus is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and is licensed to practice before all state courts. Michael is also a member of the Nevada Justice Association and the Clark County Bar Association.
Michael J. Holthus’ academic achievements include graduating magna cum laude from William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and repeatedly receiving the CALI Award for having the highest grade in his class for Pretrial Litigation: Civil-Spring 2021 and Negotiation-Spring 2021. He also received multiple CALI Awards for Legal Drafting: Transactional Drafting-Spring 2021, Remedies-Spring 2021, Antitrust-Fall 2020, and Contracts-Fall 2018.
